Hello, I'm using Windows 10 Build 17134. In the insider preview, a new version (17744) was listed as an update. I tried to apply it but it didn't work. Now I have the update files and don’t want to re-download the entire 2.95GB package. Can I install it instead? Thank you.

You might execute the WindowsUpdateBox.exe file.

I attempted various methods: opening it, running it with admin rights, checking compatibility settings for Windows 8, Windows 7, CMD, and Vista. Still nothing happened.
