Likely many others have similar issues. Sometimes they fail to function well together, particularly during transitions from 2 to 4 dimms.
Adjust the settings manually. This method helped me get my 4 Corsair LXP sticks running. (Two separate sets of two sticks.) It might take some effort, but it should function properly.
FWIW, corsair is recognized for swapping out used ICs within the same product line, so verify the revision matches. Apart from that, running four sticks increases pressure on the CPU's memory controller, possibly requiring you to sacrifice performance or lower the frequency. Indeed, each kit likely has distinct specifications for the memory ICs. By the way, I’m using a 4x32gb corsair lpx dimms setup from two different kits. Adjusting them was necessary to get them running, but once done they operated perfectly. They also run at only 3200mhz, which puts less strain on the memory controller compared to the 3600mhz model. Consider following the advice and manually configure a 3200mhz speed using the same settings from the 3600mhz XMP profile.
The changes between versions involve various secondary and tertiary memory timings. XMP only controls the main memory settings; the rest adjust automatically or through testing. A different revision might also indicate a change in memory IC supplier (such as Micron, Samsung, Hynix) and/or die revisions (e.g., Samsung D-Die, Micro E-Die, Hynix CJR). For example: version 3.10 uses Samsung ICs, while Samsung B-Die version 3.22 uses the same, but Samsung D-Die version 3.25 switches to Micron ICs with a different die.
