I understand the situation, but I'm running mostly low settings with compatible drivers. I have 120+ in Vanguard, CW, MW2019, but not MW2. My specs include an RTX 3060, 32GB RAM, and a Ryzen 5 3600x. The Task Manager shows both at about 60% usage, and CPU temps stay under 37 even with slight overclocking. With the overkill cooling setup, the GPU never exceeds 68°C. I restarted the PC and turned off background processes.

Experiencing a comparable issue with nearly identical settings... To date, couldn't resolve it. Spikes occur in other titles as well, though less frequently. Hardware specs: RTX 3060 Ti, Ryzen 7 5800X, DDR4 2x16GB at 3600MHz.

I’m not seeing spikes, it seems like the issue is just consistently low FPS.
