I purchased the Xeon E3 1270 from China, and it’s functioning properly. I’ve run stress tests and games without any issues so far. My main worry is that something essential might be missing. Could you confirm if this component is a capacitor? Please clarify.

I understand. Consider using Cinebench R15 and check it against other similar models—keep in mind there are V2/V3 versions available for this CPU (Ivy, Haswell).
