Hi everyone, I've noticed some issues with my secondary laptop recently. Here are the details: CPU is an i5 7300HQ, RAM has one 8GB DDR4 stick at 2400MHZ, GPU is an NV GTX1050 with 2GB GDDR5, and it uses a 128GB M.2 SSD plus a 1TB HGST drive at 5400RPM. Initially, I couldn't load any other software except Brave Browser, even word failed to open. The problem began after a crash. Windows won't reset properly—it keeps saying the reset failed, though the recovery environment looks okay. Also, my SAMSUNG SSD doesn't appear when I try to reinstall Windows 10. What should I do? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Reinstall your SSD. If that doesn’t work, move it to another device to check if the problem lies with your laptop. If it still isn’t detected on another PC, the SSD is probably faulty.

Good idea. What method should I use to verify it?
