I began a new position they provide three different work environments—two private and one public. The staff without special privileges are only permitted on the public guest network, and access requires accepting the terms and conditions. When my phone connects, it prompts acceptance, but nothing functions properly, except for Facebook, which seems odd. I suspect an issue might be in my phone's settings. I use a OnePlus 6T, and everyone I've asked confirms their devices work fine, so I'm unsure what's causing the problem.

Are you certain the content isn't restricted on their network? I've configured our guest Wi-Fi at my workplace for a 10Mbps speed limit, even though we have a 10Gbps line available. Plus, all social media traffic is blocked since the office has many restrictions and NDAs in place. This helps reduce any potential leaks.

I believe it should be accessible. Others have used it, and the company's site isn't performing as well as services like Gmail or Outlook.

Did you file a support request with IT regarding this issue? They have more insight into the network than we do.

I've attempted but it hasn't responded. I'm looking for advice so I can troubleshoot on my own.

Give them a bit more time, I usually get around 20-30 tickets daily at my office. To be honest, this seems like a low-profile issue since it doesn’t affect the business much.

That's my thought, and the reason I'm focusing on fixing it myself is that with around 3 to 400 employees each day, it seems like a bigger challenge than it should be.
