Lenovo Slim i7, 14AP7, model 82SX0002US (Intel i7-1260P, Iris XE 96EU). 2.8K (2880x1800) 90Hz. I've observed a strange visual effect on my display: reddish-green lines appear near certain text elements, especially around words in documents or videos. When the cursor hovers over them, some lines vanish and reappear when the cursor moves away. The issue isn't constant; it mainly occurs during video playback or while browsing/editing in Google Docs (except for occasional comments). It seems to affect only the central third of the screen. I'm unsure what's causing it and hope someone can help. The problem disappears in BIOS and works on an external monitor. A photo was taken after "say" and "all," but the image looks normal, so a camera was used. PPS claiming warranty seems reasonable; unfortunately, I have an Allstate policy and live outside the US, which might complicate things.

The lines following the letters are the display itself. I own this on either of two screens, but only when they have a black or dark background.
It's using an 18-year-old Dell 3007 with a 60Hz refresh rate, while your other monitor is a Samsung Odyssey 32-inch at 240Hz. I just unplugged it and have a spare HP 30-inch ready to go.
