Hello, I recently made a post about an issue I was having with high voltages, which I'll link below. We got to the bottom of a couple of things but didn't resolve the main issue. I've gotten to a point where when I try to manually set the clock speed and voltages, the cpu still receives too much voltage and acts as if was still in adaptive voltage mode. I have a 10600k with an Asus Z590m Prime Plus mobo. I am new top overclocking, so I'm hoping this is an obvious issue that can be easily solved. Here is the link to my previous post:

Are you experiencing voltage drop when under load? You should avoid setting the LLC too high to counteract that effect.
