I thought it might help to check if anyone knows a method for printing from a Windows 98 VM inside VirtualBox to a network printer via a Windows 10 host. Also, I’m curious about moving files between the 98 VM and the Windows 10 host—like mounting ISOs to get files into the VM. I can handle USB devices but don’t have drivers for 98 on DOS versions of Windows, and the sharing tools don’t seem to work with older Windows setups. Any suggestions would be really useful!

You're referring to a post about 98 items, and you're curious about the number 95 versus 98. It seems you're asking what you're aiming for with that 98. Lol!

There are methods to connect a virtual Ethernet link between the host and VM for file sharing. This guide covers VirtualBox with Linux; I'll share a Windows version later: https://2buntu.com/articles/1513/accessi...r-host-os/ For VMWare, you can find a Windows tutorial here: https://serverfault.com/questions/225155...s-internet

Thanks for your response. It seems I'm even more exhausted than expected—I was thinking Windows 98. That's a great point! I'm mainly just having fun with the older system, like playing classic DOS games and trying to print the Ford window sticker from "Ford Simulator." Thanks! I also have internet access through the bridged adapter settings, so I'll give those tutorials a shot!
