I’m noticing these odd issues on some Steam pages, especially with live streams and picture-in-picture videos. It’s strange since I don’t see the same problems elsewhere, and it’s affecting my experience. Could this be a normal glitch related to video playback or something specific to the streaming setup?

I've tested numerous solutions, even reinstalled drivers and windows. It appears to persist on my GPU. When I connect monitors via IGPLUGS, the issue disappears.

I didn't send the right answer if you attempted everything—it could be a glitch. I remember this occurred before, but it resolved on its own.
