Here are your system details rephrased:

- Hardware: Mobo model Asus X670E A Gaming Wifi Bios 1807 (latest), CPU AMD R9 7950X3d, GPU MSI Slim Gaming 4080, PSU Seasonic Prime PX1600, RAM G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 6000MHz CL30 with Expo, Drive Corsair MP610 2TB. Operating system: Windows 10.

- Performance: Successful stress tests using Timespy Extreme and Cinebench. Gaming experience was smooth.

- Boot issues: Unusual startup behavior—pressing the start button triggers fans to spin and lights to activate, but no video appears. The system then powers off and restarts automatically without any input. Recovery time is roughly 20-30 seconds until the ROG logo shows up and Windows loads quickly.

- Crash incidents: Two unexpected shutdowns occurred during Steam game downloads. First after about three hours of use; system shut down completely on its own. No blue screen observed since I turned off monitors for background downloads. After disconnecting the PSU and reconnecting, the BIOS was updated to the latest version. This resolved the voltage-related PSU tripping issue.

- RAM behavior: One crash showed RAM cycling between orange and green, indicating instability. The system recovered after a restart.

- Current status: Stable operation now, but remain vigilant for any recurring problems.

Consider these possibilities. The RAM might not be stable or the CPU could be improperly seated (this appears to be a problem with AM5). Try booting without the Expo feature in BIOS, keeping it at auto and checking for issues. If everything functions normally, adjust the DRAM frequency, timings, and voltage settings in BIOS. If problems persist, re-seat the CPU. Another potential issue involves the Asus Armoury Crate; disable it in BIOS, then remove it from Windows. You can download the official uninstall tool here: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury crate/helpdesk_download/

There are many possible causes. At one point I faced bad RAM, and another time it was a driver problem in Windows. (This might connect to the Armoury crate, as I mentioned before—check my previous post.)

I'll turn off EXPO and remove the Armoury crate. I hope it resolves the issue. Appreciate the help!
