Unusual sound issues...
I've restored Windows because it became damaged and wouldn't start, causing audio issues... My AVR connected through HDMI has always worked well before. Now, during quiet periods of 15 to 20 seconds, the system cuts off the HDMI audio and then the AVR, only partially. When sound returns, it takes a few moments for the AVR to fully function again. I'm not just missing the expected audio—I also hear a switching noise each time it powers on or off, and sometimes a crackling sound. It's really bothersome. What should I do? Thanks, Magogan
