Played a game on Roblox and began loading, then the title screen emitted a buzzing sound. That low hum comes from the AIO pump. I don’t know what’s causing it. The washing machine makes a metal clanking noise in the background. Video file edited on April 25, 2022 by Naval.

It's coil whine. It's completely normal and kinda expected on high end GPUs. Both my 3080 and 6900XTs make similar noises under load (6900XT is just way louder). Nothing you can really do to fix it either.

Yeah, my 3070 MSI FTW didn't have coil whine, but my 3070 Ti Founders Edition does under mid to heavy load. I tried running the fans at full speed to mask the noise, but a better fix would be capping FPS, lowering the refresh rate, or relocating the case away from your ears. Sorry mate.

It seems like coil whine is the issue. I created a setup for my sister and her 3090, and it was noticeable even when the house was silent. I referred to it as "The sound of power." As for fixes, there aren't any known solutions I'm aware of, but you could attempt to reduce the noise by slightly increasing fan speeds so you can hear it, though this might not be effective in every situation.
