I'm looking for someone who might know how to resolve this problem. I experience vertical tearing only in the bottom section of my TV when playing in fullscreen. Using a borderless window fixes it, but some games don't support that setting and I'm unsure what's causing the issue. My system has a Ryzen 7 1700X, an RX 5700, and 32 GB of RAM. I'm using my Samsung smart TV with a display port connected to an HDMI cable since the TV doesn’t support DPD. Any advice would be really helpful. I've attached a video showing the issue here: https://imgur.com/a/toHRI79
