Unusual shaky performance issues inside the game.
Hello. Welcome to the forums. I understand you're new and might have posted in the wrong section. I'm familiar with computers, but I've encountered a strange problem possibly linked to the CPU. About two days ago, I increased my CPU's speed to 4.1ghz without any issues, but then I started experiencing strange stuttering and jitter while playing games. As shown in the video: Youtube video: After this, I went back to its default speed of 3.5ghz, but the problem persisted. I'm certain it's not due to overheating since my new water cooler keeps temperatures below 35°C. I'm looking for advice on what might be causing this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
