When I begin my PC after a restart or shutdown, a message appears asking "how would you like to open this file." I usually choose Notepad to check what it displays. This happens every time I launch the system. I suspect it relates to Visual Studio, though I'm not certain. Anyone know how to disable this? I'm using Windows 11. I had to generate a paste link because the Notepad output didn't fit in the original post.

Instead of assuming relevance, verify the file's name and location to determine its connection to your needs.

Verify which components are starting with your operating system. You should still see it in your Task Manager. Clear any unnecessary files from your Task Manager.

It doesn't provide any information about the file's source.

I performed that action and the prompt persists. It seems connected to Visual Studio.

I followed it to certain files it referenced and it generated these unusual files in Users Also. This isn't a virus—it's a fresh Windows copy with only a handful of trusted programs installed.
