We recently upgraded my father's PC with several parts. The setup included a Ryzen 9800X3D, Asus Prime X670E-Pro Wi-Fi motherboard, 64GB SSD, PowerXCell Zenith RGB DDR5 RAM at 6000MHz, and the 7800XT Hell Hound RGB power supply from NZXT. After installation, it booted but the GPU didn’t appear—only the integrated graphics showed BIOS info, while Windows and Device Manager displayed errors like stop error 43. We tried reinstalling drivers, changing slots, using different BIOS settings, and even switching to an older R9 380X, but the problem persisted. After replacing the motherboard with a Corsair 1000W power supply, it worked perfectly. The EVGA 3060 also had the same issue. When we swapped the card into the lower PCIe 4.0 x4 slot, it functioned instantly and was recognized by Windows. It seems the issue might be with the motherboard itself, possibly related to the PCIe slot or BIOS configuration. We’re at a loss and are running out of options. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
