It was the VRMs that were the issue all along! Apologies for taking your time. I was directing fans at the VRM before, but perhaps it wasn't hitting the right area. I chose to remove everything from the case, tried again, and it worked. Thank you very much!

Sure, we're all set. The challenge varies with each chassis, but try placing a tiny fan somewhere and observe the results.
