Did you choose the PCI slot with the GPU as the display source in BIOS? If not, that could explain the delay since the BIOS will test its display options before it identifies the correct path. A wired keyboard might still be useful, though it was only necessary a few years ago. Now wireless works well without problems, but a wired keyboard could be beneficial until the problem is fixed.
Thanks for the idea. I haven’t needed to change the PCI slot configurations in BIOS before—everything has always functioned smoothly. Still, I’ll check it out. It seems the BIOS should be capable enough since my KF CPU lacks built-in graphics, leaving only the PCI RTX 3070 GPU as a display option.
