Unusual problem occurred where my computer would freeze unexpectedly and then restart normally. No reboots or errors appeared in the event log. The only recent change was installing the RTX 3060 graphics card. I noticed only one RAM stick was detected today. Both BIOS and Windows didn’t recognize it, though the CPU Z detected it. I tried swapping the RAM slots since I have two sticks. Freezes happened randomly, like when browsing the web. Sometimes the mouse freezes the screen and my USB headset disconnects, but everything recovers quickly. Gaming works perfectly. The GPU drivers are up to date, and the latest chipset was applied for my CPU. I ran MemTest and it showed three out of four passes. I reset the CMOS using a screwdriver, but haven’t updated to the newest BIOS. System specs: CPU Ryzen 5600G, RAM Kingston HyperX 16GB, dual A1/B1 slots – they don’t boot properly and show a problem, though after reseats they function. PSU is Fractal Design Ion 760W, GPU is RTX 3060 OC by ASUS (new), motherboard Gigabyte Aorus Pro V2, SSDs include a 120GB old one, a 480GB new SSD, and a 2TB Western Digital drive. The system is about six months old; some components are older. What could be causing this? Any advice would be appreciated.

With your onboard graphics enabled, test without the 3060. If it works without it, the issue could be related to the GPU.

Sure, I'll do my best to keep it concise.
I understand you're planning to try something if conditions improve.

Memtest passed successfully with both RAMs active. GPU configured to run Gen3 on BIOS. No BIOS upgrades yet; proceeding to check for freezing issues. RAM slots appear correctly set—Rams are positioned 1-3 or A1-A2, all detected properly. Will monitor for any freezes.
