I just reinstalled Windows and fixed all the drivers, GPU, and stuff. But I’m still seeing strange stutters in games and dropping frames in titles like CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege, and Battlefield 1. I’ve changed my power plan to max performance and uninstalled the Xbox app, but the issues persist. What should I try next?

After a recent reinstall, updates are likely being downloaded automatically—visit Windows Update and verify completion.

I've completed the Windows update already, and everything appears current. I didn't run it before attempting to use anything.

I don't have access to your current system settings. Please check your GPU driver version by opening the Device Manager or using system settings.
