Unusual noises coming from your computer.
I understand the basics but I'm still new to computing. I'm trying to figure out why my PC sounds this way. I've heard about coil wine possibly being the issue, but maybe it's related to the fans or the GPU. Any advice would be great. - PC SPECS; CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Six Core (3.6GHz-4.2GHz/36MB cache/AM4); Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B450-PLUS (DDR4, USB 3.1, 6Gb/s); RAM: 16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2400MHz; GPU: 4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050 Ti; Connectors: DVI, HDMI, DP; Storage: 1TB 2.5" SSD, SATA 6Gb/s; Power Supply: CORSAIR 550W CV SERIES™ CV-550; Cooler: FrostFlow 100 V3 Series; Case Fans: two 120mm black fans for airflow;
It doesn't resemble coil "whine" much. The sound feels similar to something striking the fan, possibly a cable or bearing failure, or even just noisy fans. Various factors come to mind, but it relates to fans.
