Hi,
My PC randomly produces this noise during startup. It doesn’t happen every time, just occasionally. At first I assumed it was a fan issue, but after disconnecting the cables of each fan except the one inside the case (which still makes the sound), it’s not coming from there. Now I’m unsure what’s causing it. Besides being unpredictable, once the PC is running smoothly the noise disappears, which is quite frustrating and I’d like to resolve it.

I’m using Windows 10 with two SSDs (Crucial and Samsung), one HDD (Samsung), a Seasonic Focus+ Gold PSU, an AMD FX-6300 CPU, a MSI Gaming 970 MoBo, and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU.

You can watch the video here: https://app.box.com/s/sknjs7t7td0gwmngki5107av0btrdzfs
What do you think it is?

Thanks a lot.

Hi.
It seems the problem is the HDD, since the sound never returned after removing it.
Now, I have another issue, the PC sometimes freezes. In the Event Viewer what I have in System tab does not clearly says what is the problem. Below is the events occured after rebooting just one more freeze:
Some help is much appreciated.

Execute SFC /SCANNOW commands via the administrator console to verify your Windows system.

Thank you for the guidance!
The corrupted files have been fixed.
We should observe the system's performance moving forward.

There seems to be an unusual issue with my PC. Recently, another freeze occurred, and after a week, SFC/scannow detected corrupt files on Windows. I ran it again and found the same problem! What could be responsible for these frequent freezes? Also, I noticed a "Other Devices" section with a question mark in Device Manager. Could this be contributing to the issues? How can I resolve these pending devices?
