When I power on my computer, a loud noise occurs that can last more than a minute and is only noticeable during startup. Initially, I assumed it was from my AIO (Phanteks Glacier One), so I replaced it, but the sound remains. While waiting, I used an old air cooler, which also produced a similar noise. The sound wasn’t as intense then, but it was still present. Could you help identify the problem? I’ve included a recording of the noise.

Look for your cables, they might get tangled around fans occasionally.

This graphics card is showing signs of wear, possibly due to a damaged fan or internal cable. Turn off the fans using your finger in the center of the hub and visually inspect all fans for any obstructions.
