In short, no one can access my Minecraft server from my IP address, not even myself.
But I can connect locally using my IPv4 address.
I've tried everything: re-port forwarding (using an Xfinity router), restarting the server and router, adjusting firewall settings in the control panel (as shown in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nn2BJ9jLYNs), and more.
I'm really confused and would really appreciate any advice or help.
