You've got a new setup with a Core i7-4790K and 16GB of memory, but you're running into performance issues. The graphics card is missing, and the OS is a 32-bit version of Windows 7. You're using the built-in graphics, but it's consuming a lot of resources, making things slow. It seems like the system is under heavy load—maybe too many tabs or processes running at once. Checking for background apps and closing unnecessary programs could help. If it keeps happening, it might be a compatibility or driver problem. Let me know if you want tips on optimizing performance.

It only supports about 3.2GB of RAM, which is why. That’s why you’re essentially losing $130 in memory until you upgrade to 64-bit Windows.

Alright, thanks! I’ll just handle it until I get a new operating system.
