He has a setup where only a handful of keys function on his old gaming PC. I've tried several fixes: reinstalling USB drivers, updating Windows 10 and BIOS, changing the keyboard, using the troubleshooter, updating everything again, and testing safe mode. The specs are an i5 6500MHz, Asus H110-A, GTX960, 240GB SSD, and 1000GB HDD.

Both devices display identical symptoms with precise numerical data and G/B/N keys.

I think there might be a connection to Mobo. After cleaning the PC and checking everything, it looks normal, so a hardware issue seems likely.

Thanks i looked true my old junk and i have usb for PCI, i found the problem and it's really a weird one, in he's PCI slot there is a wifi card i removed it, checked if the PC will take keyboards, and yes it will in all ports and any keyboard. Thanks for leading me to the solution.
