This occurs unpredictably (while playing games, running tests, etc.). It becomes less common when using the default boost clock setting with all standard configurations. The problem resurfaces again after roughly ten seconds of inactivity, then the game stabilizes and the GPU vanishes while CPU usage spikes to 100%. During benchmarks it behaves similarly except without GPU utilization, and stuttering appears every few seconds. Specifics: CPU – Ryzen 5 3600 MOBO; GPU – GTX 1070; Power supply – Thermaltake 600W; RGB lighting.

What I've attempted: updated BIOS (already current), turned TMP off/on, reinstalled Windows, updated chipset drivers.

Check if your GPU drivers are current after reinstalling Windows. Don’t use the previous drivers from the installation, right?

All drivers are current and Windows updates are installed. There were no pending updates, and all available drivers are the latest versions. I'm using Windows 11.
