Suddenly I encountered this problem. It began yesterday. When I start Steam and launch FO4 normally, it works as expected. But if I close the game and do some other activities (like browsing Facebook), it won’t launch again. I have to open Task Manager to quit the game. Also, restarting Steam is necessary to launch it properly. I’ve tried deleting local files, restoring from backup, validating the cache, but the issue persists.
