Hello. I'm facing a concern with my PC. During gaming or browsing, the system occasionally freezes. I can't launch new programs, and my Bluetooth headset stops working. Although I can still move the mouse and press the keyboard, nothing responds. The Task Manager appears but shows no activity. This issue hasn't happened before, and I can't find similar reports online. The freezing seems to occur when my Bluetooth headset causes audio to vanish without losing connection. For instance, in a game, everything functions until the next stage loads. Since it doesn't happen often, troubleshooting is tough. I think there might be a problem with my SSD or RAM. I recently reinstalled Windows (latest Windows 11 with AtlasOS), and the problem resurfaced today while watching a YouTube video. After restarting the PC, everything works again... What should I investigate to resolve this? Check for potential system corruption due to faulty RAM. Begin by executing sfc /scannow from a command prompt. Search for signs of OS damage. If issues are detected, proceed with memtest to examine the RAM. Consider using CrystalDiskInfo to review your SSD's status as well, since I suspect the problem may lie in the memory rather than the storage device itself.
