Unusual graphics in Minecraft?

I dislike today's Minecraft. It was owned by Microsoft, available on multiple platforms, and focused on combat. I miss the days of Beta 1.7.3. But I'm encountering some odd rendering problems—look at the clouds... that doesn't seem right. How can I fix it?

Oh no, I didn't mean to miss the conversation. Your reminder about the past really got me thinking. I guess I'm feeling a bit nostalgic and want to revisit those earlier styles.

Where is the hunger bar and level? It’s a bit odd, but I really miss those times when I could easily tweak the game and everything felt so straightforward.

It could be due to the beta status—review the bug list to determine if this issue was addressed in subsequent updates.

Notch didn’t completely sell everything, Jeb succeeded in handing Mojang to Microsoft. Notch departed Mojang roughly two years prior to the Microsoft acquisition.

I believe 1.7 didn't have a hunger bar, and I'm not sure when it was added.

It wasn't. I used to play nonstop, but it never occurred. Could be because of an updated rendering tool that doesn't support the older game version.

Notch began to stop working on the game long ago; it was taken over by Mojang now. The current version is beta 1.7.3, and Hunger was introduced in beta 1.8.
