MSI Z490 MPG Gaming Plus i7 10700K @3.8 GHz 2x16 GB Crucial Ballistix 3600 CL16 2x1 TB Samsung Evo 860 SATA SSD Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti Gaming is quiet! Performance drops unexpectedly during play or tests, no clear cause. GPU and power usage fall sharply—from full load to around 30-10%, and power consumption drops from 300W to 100W. No thermal throttling reported. CPU remains stable, RAM usage stays low. Diagnostics confirmed CPU and RAM are healthy. SSDs passed checks. Attempted swap GTX 1080 with RTX 3080 Ti but issue continues. Updated PSU from same brand to 850W didn’t help. Reinstalled Windows also didn’t resolve the problem. No overclocking applied. GPU is undervolting. Running tests without undervolting still causes issues. System started three months ago. Ran MSI OC scanner in Afterburner and PC restarted.
