I've had problems with my Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition since release, experiencing ups and downs over time. Recently, streaming games to Discord or OBS has caused issues—sometimes I'm at 120fps but then jump to 20fps or 60fps, making the game unplayable. My system specs are: Intel Arc B580, Ryzen 7 5800x, 32GB RAM, 850W PSU. I've tried updating drivers, adjusting overclocking, disabling Discord settings, but nothing resolves the instability. It's been four years since my BIOS last updated—could that be the cause?

What is the make and model of your motherboard and what BIOS version are you currently on? Be sure to enable Re-Bar in BIOS and see if that helps(provided the option exists on your motherboard BIOS).
850W is the advertised wattage of your PSU, please include the make, model and age of the unit.
As for the drivers, how are you rolling back drivers? Ideally, you're advised to remove all GPU drivers(Nvidia, AMD and Intel) in Safe Mode using DDU, then manually install the latest GPU drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator(assuming you're on Windows OS).
Speaking of OSes, please state what OS you're on and what version(not edition) of the OS you're on. Make and model of your storage drives?

PSU: Corsair RM850 (acquired 19th February 2020)
Motherboard: Asus AM4 TUF Gaming X570 Plus
Bios version 4021 (09/08/2021)
Rebar was activated after installing the B580
During setup of the B580, I used DDU to remove all existing drivers before applying new Intel ones, although I've since relied on Intel software for driver rollback
OS: Windows 10 | Version: 10.0.19045

Intel chose to exclude streaming and screen capture from their drivers for a specific reason. Consider disabling "show my screen share" in Discord. See the community thread here: https://community.intel.com/t5/Inte...S-...-p/1678536. The latest driver for Intel Arc B580 no longer supports QSV. After updating to version 32.0.101.6559, I lost access to the hardware encoders for recordings. Recording attempts resulted in errors, and the QSV options disappeared from the output tab. Previously functional features were unavailable.
