I'm experiencing unusual visual glitches that seem unrelated to the GPU itself. These artifacts appear consistently when certain overlays or switches occur on my screen, not just during gaming sessions. I'm unsure if they stem from the cable, monitor, or a driver issue. It doesn't appear to happen only with GeForce overlays, so it might not be hardware-related. This behavior has also happened on my older 3080ti, which stopped working for other reasons, but this one is an EVGA RMA replacement.

This appears to be a software issue. Have you attempted a DDU to reset the system and reinstall the drivers?

When I sent back my old card last month, I used DDU before taking it out. That gave me a brand new card and new drivers.
