I have a leftover Windows file because of a corrupted key, but when I restart my computer right after turning it on, the watermark in the lower-right corner disappears. It’s not a coincidence—I’ve tested this multiple times and it works consistently.

You need to enable Windows to proceed. The issue is due to a non-functional key.

It seems the watermark vanishes when you restart your PC because of something you're aware of.
