The PS3 is experiencing a DNS error with the ID 80710102. The Switch is charging because it's running low on power. A recent update might fix the problem, but I need to wait for everything to complete before applying it.

No, there are no port filters or manually set DNS configurations on the affected devices.

People resolved the issue by restarting the wireless setup on the console and applying all default settings while entering a specific DNS server, such as Google’s 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.

I understand, but it appears to be resolved now. I attempted it previously, yet everything seems fixed. It looks like the problem with Asus's earlier WiFi6 (802.11ax) routers has been addressed in recent firmware updates. The changes to the DNS section of the web interface also help explain why the issue persisted even after a short update period.
