I was removing .ico files from SHELL32.dll and noticed the Warning Icon looked odd—distorted or faded. I experimented with different layers to find the right version, but wondered why some icons had glitched versions while others didn’t. Did anyone know why this pattern appeared?

The issue might lie with the .png image itself

I loaded the files in GIMP using .ico formats. Then I saved them as .png files to make them suitable for web viewing.
