This system is built from scratch. It features a Ryzen 7 7700 and an AMD RX 7800 XT graphics card. Everything functions properly on the machine, with a Gigabyte B650 motherboard and DDR5 RAM installed. I also use a Corsair RM850x power supply. The main problem is with the monitor. When I switch between Overwatch and Discord using Alt+Tab, the display freezes with old frames. Moving the mouse works fine, but I’m curious if there’s a simple solution. IMG_7361.mov

It occurs in similar games and can be affected by changing windowed or fullscreen options.
The overall windowed, fullscreen, or borderless setup can feel confusing and tricky. I’m not completely sure if switching to fullscreen boosts FPS, but I do know that lowering focus on a game often makes Windows give it less priority, which can cause your frame rate to drop. This helps keep the rest of the system smoother when the game runs in the background.
It's really odd but looks better now. I have a few other quick checks I'd like to do, like when I share my screen on Discord and some other small tasks, but it still feels strange. Thanks!
