I’ll begin with your setup details: a 980ti Seahawk i7 4790k (h60) base clock, 16 cores, 4.35 GHz in-game, 1866 fury RAM, Sandisk SSD, 256 SSDs, and a bunch of random hard drives from ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VI EXTREME. My reported FPS fluctuates a lot, causing stutters and freezes, especially when streaming CSGO on Twitch. I use QuickSync and Intel HD 4600 for encoding. The issue seems consistent whether or not the stream is active. Passmark lists my score as 5360. My available launch options are: -processheap, -high, -novid, -nojoy, -refresh 144, -threads 4, +cl_showfps 1, -nod3d9ex, -language textmodorel, +cl_forcepreload 1. Any suggestions?
