I've experienced this problem for some time. It seems to appear only when scrolling on a white-background website. I thought it was due to my older monitor, but after upgrading to a newer model, it persists. The issue looks like black pixel patterns resembling a waffle covering part of the screen, disappearing quickly. It might not be related to the monitor itself since I just purchased a new one on Black Friday. Perhaps swapping the DP cable could help next time. Have anyone encountered this before? Thanks ahead.

Have you checked if your GPU drivers are up to date? Confirm your GPU is correctly placed on the motherboard and the DP cable is functioning, then switch it over.

GPU drivers were updated, removed, and reinstalled by hand, but the problem continues. The GPU remains securely attached as far as I understand.

No, I haven't changed the DP cable yet.
