Hi, I purchased a prebuilt HP system from Amazon for gaming. When playing games like Valorant and Tomb Raider, my screen would suddenly go black. Fans would rush around frantically, sometimes running for seconds until the computer restarted, or lingering for extended periods requiring me to plug it in and turn it off. After a reset, everything worked normally without error messages. The GPU or CPU temperatures didn’t spike significantly, even during intense gameplay. This issue occurs frequently across different titles and settings. I’m curious if others have found a solution or if I should contact HP for assistance. My setup includes an HP Omen 30L with AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, RTX 3080, branded unknown motherboard, 800W 80 Plus Gold PSU. Video evidence uploaded on June 15, 2023 by techhamz7.
