Hi, I purchased a prebuilt HP system from Amazon for gaming. When playing games like Valorant and Tomb Raider, my screen would suddenly go black. Fans would rush around frantically, sometimes running for seconds until the computer restarted, or lingering for extended periods requiring me to plug it in and turn it off. After a reset, everything worked normally without error messages. The GPU or CPU temperatures didn’t spike significantly, even during intense gameplay. This issue occurs frequently across different titles and settings. I’m curious if others have found a solution or if I should contact HP for assistance. Hello, thank you for your message. No BIOS updates for the motherboard, no GPU updates, and no chipset driver updates from AMD are currently available. You're using Windows 10.
