mbam appears to increase slightly during those periods. You might want to update the LAN drivers and check if that improves things—download the Win10 Auto Installation Program (NDIS) from the link provided under Windows header here.

It didn't change much, but the spikes remained the same. I believe if it's related to my CPU, it shouldn't appear in the process monitor since it should be very clear. Mbam would need around 60% of my CPU usage to trigger this problem, which doesn't seem likely.

Consider performing a clean boot and observe any changes—follow the guidelines carefully. Ensure no Microsoft services are disabled or Windows fails to load properly. If it resolves, it likely points to a startup program. After that, restart the stopped applications one by one to identify the culprit.
