Hello, your PC's temperatures look normal for a newly built system. One CPU core running hot while others stay cooler is common and usually not a cause for concern. It might just reflect the load from browsing. No major issues expected unless you notice performance drops.

Maybe VRMs are getting too warm. Consider adding a fan to help cool them down.
