Experiencing odd problems with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Video—especially DHCP-related content—seemed to automatically restart my PC. I resolved it by updating the BIOS on my ASUS B550-F Gaming (non-WiFi) from version 1004 to 1202. After re-enabling XMP and other settings, I ran 3dMark to check performance consistency, which matched expectations. However, I noticed unusual CPU frequency dips even when under load. Could this be linked to a new boost algorithm in the updated BIOS? Thermal readings look normal. I’ll test in-game to see if it affects gameplay, though it still bothers me. Confirming the version: Are you referring to Version 1202, or is there a BIOS revision 2102 associated with this board?
