I've got a Ryzen 5 3600 Legion Tower experiencing odd network behavior. After restarting, it works, but I've tried many fixes—restored settings, reinstalled drivers, updated network adapter, and even removed programs from the control panel. The issue persists despite having a Windows 11 OS. My wife uses a PC nearby without problems, so the problem isn't the router. I suspect something else is at play. A new Ethernet cable about 5 meters away might help, but I'm still looking for more solutions.

It seems the issue lies with the power configuration. Check the control panel, edit the power plan (or use the search bar in Windows), and verify the default setting. Sometimes it’s enabled to put the network interface to sleep during shutdown, which could be resolved by turning that off if possible. Confirm the current power plan isn’t set to a low-performance mode—especially not for gaming rigs like the 7950x3d or 7900x3D, where 'high performance' is typically recommended. Also, explore advanced power plan options and disable any sleep settings related to the NIC or networking.

Yeah in Win11 Don't see the NIC sleep, I would assume this is no longer something Windows would set up by default lol. I don't see anyting that would be sleep NIC like the old days.
