Hi everyone, I've been using my computer for roughly a month now. There have been some hiccups, but I've mostly managed to fix things. Recently, after moving my PC onto a stack of books until a cart arrived (since the carpet lets in air for the PSU fan), I started hearing this odd clicking and breathing sound from the machine, especially when programs like Firefox or Discord are running. The only changes I noticed were the elevated case and updating my GPU drivers. I stopped all fans, but the noise persists near the CPU area. Previously, I dealt with whining from the VRM chokes by turning off the c-states. I'm uploading a video with my microphone at the top of the case. The main disturbance is that rhythmic breathing and the subsequent clicking. Any advice would be really helpful. ips-93C26B8C-3155-420B-A606-D063F514BA06.mp4

It might indicate a fan failure or an abrupt change in speed.

The issue mainly depends on the exact RPM setting of the fan, and adjusting those numbers across all fans might resolve the problem.
