Using Gigabyte's tools can be unreliable. It's usually better to adjust settings through Windows power settings or Device Manager. Also, ensure the newest AMD driver is up to date, as this frequently resolves USB connection issues.

Apologies for the delayed responses—the problem seemed to vanish and reappear. It appears to be a USB-related issue. Another occurrence happened: When I generate a bootable USB in the recent case, we use Microsoft Surface laptops at work and they have a Surface Utility for creating recovery USBs. During writing to the USB, every other USB device on the computer approaches a grinding halt, except the mouse. Even the keyboard develops a sticky key problem, making it nearly unusable.
