Hello, I own a Gigabyte GT 1030 (link: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/G...0OC-2GI#kf). Last night when I powered on the PC, it began producing an unusual noise—something like a fan rubbing against something. I checked and confirmed there’s no obstruction; it seems to occur only at lower RPMs. During gameplay, its temperature reaches around 80°C, with GPU usage between 70% and 100%. Isn’t it a bit warm for such a modest 30W card? The case has limited airflow since it’s an older HP pre-built unit (HP P6210cs) and includes CPU, GPU, and one exhaust fan.

Press the button in the center to halt the fan. It should cease operation and attempt to resume later. Check if the noise diminishes once the fan stops. If the sound disappears upon stopping, you've identified the culprit.
