While gaming, I observed that the titles I was using (Rust, PUBG) consistently ran at 100% CPU usage, leaving my 1080 Ti processor at around 40~% utilization. My CPU is overclocked to 4.6 GHz, but when I checked with friends—one using a 5th gen i7 OC at 4.4GHz and another with stock 6700K and 1080—I didn’t see any thread reaching maximum capacity. Instead, performance seemed smoother under the same settings. I’m unsure how to resolve this issue and am concerned about running the same thread at full load continuously.

They operate at comparable or slightly higher FPS, while reducing reliance on single-thread usage.
