I've owned this machine for roughly five years, yet I'm experiencing this odd issue: the PC freezes at shutdown, reboots repeatedly, and sometimes stays on with the motherboard's debug LED visible on VGA. To keep it running, I have to press the power button. When I attempt to turn it back on, it hangs during boot and I'm forced to hold the power again. Eventually, after several cycles, it works fine. This pattern persists consistently now, and I don't understand why. I've tried dual booting Linux and switching between OSes, but the problem remains unresolved. My system specs are: Ryzen 2700 MSI b450 Gaming Plus, Radeon RX5700, 16 GB RAM, two 500GB SATA SSDs (one per OS), and a 550W EVGA G3 power supply.
